Active Attendees: Avina Kaolla Kenjii Muriru Nyiia
Summary: Avina bounces (yes, bounces) into Kenjii and immediately threw a fit over it, only to then address her hysterical attention to Nyiia who was passing by for some delivery. Exploiting the moment of distraction, Kenjii went to get some more blood drawn by the doctor, while Muriru, awake, was fighting some internal conflict over her future as a magic-less Tarutaru. After some… awkward discussions with her new friend, Avina joins Kenjii to visit Muriru's room. Kaolla also arrives, concealed as usual, and then attempts to restore Muriru's magic to no avail. After some talk about Muriru's situation, Kenjii suggests that the group temporarily retreats in Norg in order to lure the enemy away from their dear ones and possibly force them to show up and give them something to strike, or any idea about their identity. Oddly enough, Avina agrees to Kenjii's idea, and then she sets off to get some preparations done. Kenjii is still without his gobbiebag, so he uses Avina's to take Muriru outside under Doctor Monberaux's nose - also forcing Nyiia to stay in the bed and pretend to be Muriru. Nyiia accepts, intrigued by her researcher's darkest thoughts - and then with Kaolla's help manages to dodge the airship's customs and reach Kazham. However, he's still without his documents, so to take a chocobo to reach Norg is out of question. Concerned about the sun setting, the hume decides to spend the night at Kazham's Bed&Breakfast to then set off through the jungle the next day. After some minor discussion with Muriru, Kenjii falls asleep. The Tarutaru instead, having slept plenty already, decides to go for a walk with Nyiia.
After this I was forced offline by the game until the next day, so if anyone's got anything to add, that might be appreciated.
To be an interesting, intriguing, well-written character, there needs to be something to allow the audience to relate to them. That is what the problem is with who wants their character to be "perfect". Perfect characters will never be strong, and strong characters will never be perfect, because WE (those who read, who watch, who RP) are not perfect.
"What makes a strong character is how they deal with their flaws, their fears, their turmoils, their troubles that get in the way. That's what makes them relatable." – Doug Walker
