In this thread you can write short profiles of each individual recruit you could possibly RP again in the future for cameo roles (as in, not mission-related RPs). They don't have to have a solid attendance nor an elaborated background, just list what you have to let the others know what's in SS's ranks!

My RPd Recruits:

#1
Name: Ayuki Banjyaho
Race/Gender/Age: Mithra Female 25
Born under the star of: Alexander
Date of Birth: 1st March 862 C.E.
Hair: White
Eyes: Blue
Nationality: Bastoker
Rank: 3
Jobs and Trades: White Mage, Fisherwoman, owns a seafood shop in Bastok.
Skills: white magic, club and staff.
Particular Traits: No one.
Family and friends: Kenjii Asgard (childhood friend, although she claims him as her fiancé when he isn't around), Korghan (caretaker during the Crystal War), Zenji (childhood friend), Lotrulien (Mentor).
Music Theme: TBD
Favorite Color: Dark Blue
Favorite Festival: Summer Festival (Goldfish Scooping in particular)
Story: An orphan of the Crystal War. She was raised by Korghan in Bastok until she was old enough to take care of herself. After making a poor living with fishing in Bastok, she finds the devotion of a cleric in herself and decides to take on the path of a White Mage to help Kenjii and the other orphans. From then, she is instructed by Lotrulien in San d'Oria.
Personality: Very feisty, Ayuki doesn't have the tranquility and warm heart of the typical healer. She doesn't hesitate to speak what goes through her mind, nor to use her hammer against whoever tries to insult her dear Kenjii. Even though she isn't very sharp-minded, she is proud of her skills and thinks she lacks nothing in the magic field, and doesn't care about mithras' unpopularity in magic classes.
Despite all of this, when the time comes she always gives her very best, and strives forward against any foe.
Her barbaric behavior seems to magically change in Kenjii's presence.
Likes: Kenjii, fish.
Dislikes: Avina, and any other female Kenjii may interact with, ghosts, smell of black magic, and dusty places.

To be an interesting, intriguing, well-written character, there needs to be something to allow the audience to relate to them. That is what the problem is with who wants their character to be "perfect". Perfect characters will never be strong, and strong characters will never be perfect, because WE (those who read, who watch, who RP) are not perfect.

Name: Hazell Gloss
Race/Gender/Age: Elvaan Male 40
Born under the star of: Ifrit
Date of Birth: 4th April 847 C.E.
Hair: White
Eyes: Amber
Nationality: San d'Orian
Rank: 2
Jobs and Trades: Red Mage, professor of sociocultural anthropology in San d'Oria. Is also an amateur blacksmith.
Skills: swordmanship, enfeebling and enhancing magic.
Particular Traits: No one
Family and friends: Unknown
Music Theme: TBD
Favorite Color: Red
Favorite Festival: Harvest Festival
Story: The first son of an aristocratic family in San d'Oria, Hazell was originally raised to become a friar, but abandoned the cathedral pushed by his strong curiosity for the rest of the world and beliefs in the power of science. He is very interested in the various civilizations that inhabit Vana'diel, but even so he hasn't lost his family's pride, that induce him in believing that the Elvaan still stand as the only perfect race of Altana.
Personality: He is a beautiful man with neutral countenance, and he speaks elaborately with the intonation specific to those of the Kingdom. At first glance he is elegant and soft-mannered, but is rather self-confident and is good at rubbing people the wrong way. In actuality he is an intellectual, with both sharp intelligence and high physical capabilities. While he doesn't hesitate to feel affection and sympathy for the other elvaans, to the other races he often will get in small sparring talks in pure cat-and-dog style.
Likes: Plants, beautiful views and interesting places. Has also a good eye for high quality weapons and armors.
Dislikes: Not much the things and places belonging to other races, as much as the other races themselves.

Personality: Very shy, nervous and with a low self-esteem, Hakkai doesn't seem made for the battlefield. Though, he is really kind of heart and polite, and will do what's his best to help his companions. Perhaps too naive, but a quick learner.

Name: Chiaral Fhosini
Race/Gender/Age: Mithra Female 30
Born under the star of: Garuda
Date of Birth: 2nd December 857 C.E.
Hair: Blond
Eyes: Blue
Nationality: Windurstian
Rank: The support to the Federation has earned her an equal status as a Rank 8 (Master Caster)
Jobs and Trades: Black Mage, nothing else is known at this point.
Skills: Unknown, aside black magic.
Particular Traits:No one.
Family and friends: Has a mother and a brother in Kazham. Her father is still alive, but lives in the Motherland.
Favorite Color: Black
Favorite Festival: No one
Music Theme: TBA
Story: She's come to Bastok looking forward to join the Siren's Sword, apparently out of curiosity.
Personality: Of an average intelligence, not enough to pass the admission test to the School Magic, but still good enough to graduate her in the Course for Casters of All Races, she shows a lazyness beyond obnoxious. Everything sounds troublesome and boring to her, and although she will comply to pretty much any request, she will hardly ever show any kind of enthusiasm in what she does. Rather pacific and calm, she can sometimes come out with creepy comments that will put who she talks to out of ease.

Quote:
To be honest, I can't really think of anything that doesn't sound boring… Even swinging this tail is so troublesome, but I promised my mother that I'd practice some kind of exercise everyday.
~Chiaral, on her interview with Avina to join the Siren's Sword.
