The place we call our soul:
Ocean
The silent ocean sees your dreams, your totality
Nothing stays the same
Someday
I hope you will make more lasting connections

Feeling in monochrome
Who taught you emotions?
Who taught you emotions?

See… can you see?
Colours that the ocean offers
Be… can you be?
Something more than black, white and gray

Living in monochrome
Who taught you emotions?
Who taught you emotions?

The streets of Upper Jeuno were utterly deserted – not even the Ducal Guards were to be seen. An unusually large, pale moon seemed to hang low in the sky, sending eerie shadows across the town and leeching away all colours.

Bundled against the cold was a young woman, perhaps only sixteen or seventeen years old, with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes that glittered with faint streaks of gold. Two lines had been tattooed across each cheek, going from just below her eyes and running down, diagonally, to almost her jawline. She was skinny and surprisingly coltish for her age, but showed signs of possessing long, flat muscles. As she looked over the edge of the bridge, her fingers inside her mittens curled in frustration. During the ride through Battila, one of her packs had worked itself open and something she held dear had fallen out, she hadn't been allowed time to stop and look for it, and she had been flat-out told she couldn't leave the city unsupervised.

But, she had to find it.

IC details:

Did you fall asleep in Jeuno? Did you hear strange music just before you drifted off? Is this another dream? Help the girl on the bridge find the item she lost in Battila Downs, and maybe you'll wake up before this turns into another nightmare.

OOC info:
– Mirror the Bard strikes again! Help what appears to be his dreamscape avatar, Red, obtain a Nyumomo Doll from the Orcs in Battila Downs.
– Gather together in Jeuno during tonight's (2/15/12) RP. Actual start time for this may vary, depending on who's coming, who hasn't done yesterday's version update, and if any mulehopping is needed.
– Like last time (see Follow Me), feel free to bring an alternative job. However, alternative jobs are NOT required– they are only to add to the "this is a dream, this can't be real" atmosphere.
– There will be a level cap for this. The level cap will be either 30 or 50, depending on how many people attend.
– If you are interested in attending, please let me know by replying to this thread, replying to the ingame message, or by sending me a /tell

When the hero enters to kill me, I will ask him to first explain to my grandchild why it is necessary to kill her beloved grandma. When the hero launches into an explanation of morality way over her head, that will be her cue to pull the lever and send him into the pit of crocodiles. After all, small children like crocodiles almost as much as Evil Overlords and it's important to spend quality time with the grandkids.

"How hard did you hit him?"
"Quite hard, actually. For some reason he irritated me." They stared back to where the Grolim lay.
"You're getting to be more like Belgarath every day," Silk told him. "You do more damage out of simple irritation than most men can do in a towering rage."

Heya, I'm interested, however I have to help set up for an event from 6-7, so I'd be a bit late. If that's too late and doesn't work, that's fine! Thanks!

That's fine! You're not the first to tell me that they may be a little on the late side, so more than likely the event itself will start 7:30-8-ish. Which means there'll be plenty of time for pre-event RP.
