Skies are falling thunder storming stand before the world
We're banished now to barren wastelands fight the demon whore
Riding on through blackened darkness cross the endless sands
We sail away our victory at hand!

A shriek echoed through the devastated mindscape. The vines, which had been a vital part of Senka's takeover had fallen to the ground, completely useless. They weren't even responding to Senka's commands.

"Damn it! Damn you both!" Senka screeched. Sae and Sobe stood calmly, side by side, at the moment just watching and waiting for Senka's next attack.

"Damn that Feliz! How did he know?!" Senka turned to them, and then a dark grin grew on her face. Sae clenched her fists, not liking the dark amusement on her other's face. "Ha…ha…" She burst out in a fit of hysterical laughter, before cutting off suddenly and pulling out her scimitars.

"Well…once I kill you two…it won't matter anymore, will it?!" Sobe simply sighed, bored at this point.

"You're going to be the one who dies, Senka. We grow tired of your antics and the destruction you've caused." Sobe said plainly. Sobe was roughed up still from trying to fight off Senka earlier. Senka took note of this and simply laughed harder.

"Me?! Haha…Perhaps I finally did break you, Sobe! You're crazier than I am!"

"Let's see, shall we?!" Daggers appeared in both Sae and Sobes' hands and they lept forward to attack. Sobe's attacks were powerful, but not quite always accurate. Sae's attacks on the other hand, were quick and precise, but lacking in the power that Sobe held. Senka simply let them attack before firing off a Mysterious Light, causing both Sae and Sobe to wince as a heavy gravity was placed on them. Senka lept back.

"Feliz may have decreased my strength…but I'm still strong enough to fight you two!"

"We'll see about that!" Sae shouted and Sobe nodded, the two of them starting to resist the effects of the gravity. Senka glanced at both of them before smirking and leaping forward at Sae, slashing with her scimitar. Sae easily blocked the attack with her daggers. She stood up straight, fighting off the effects of the gravity.

"I don't know why everyone assumes that I'm the weakest link!" Sae quickly disproved this theory by throwing Senka's blade off to the side and launching her own attack, her strikes hitting with deadly precision. Sobe threw off the gravity effect and attacked. A pinecomb appeared in Senka's hand and she threw it at Sae, and it exploded, causing her to fall to the ground, asleep. Senka turned to Sobe, sword in hand again.

An Ochu appeared in front of Senka as she started casting, and Sobe swore under her breath. Sobe quickly sprinted away, trying to get out of range. She had almost gotten out of range, when the ochu unleashed its Bad Breath. Sobe winced and quickly took count of how many ailments she had taken on. Bind, Paralyze, Silence and Gravity. Senka laughed softly.

"Nice try, Sobe…but you're no match for a Blue Mage…" Senka walked forward to Sobe, and as hard as she tried, she couldn't break the bind on her.

Stay here with me together we'll be stronger
Side by side we've conquered lands and stormed across the seas
Die here with me we feel this pain no longer
For now and ever we will be

Suddenly, Senka turned and unleashed a Hydro Shot, knocking Sae, who had been trying to sneak up on Senka, back several feet. Senka leaped forward, pushing Sae down to the ground, scimitar now at her throat.

Some of the vines started to move again, showing life. They snapped up and coiled tightly around Sae, the thorns tearing at her skin and she flinched, trying not to make a sound. Senka smirked and got off of her and turned back to Sobe.

"Let her go!" Sobe had broken through the ailments and charged in, her daggers swinging. Senka parried her attacks with her scimitar. The two exchanged viscious attacks, both of them taking hits, but neither able to die. Senka took the advantage by casting, and a huge scorpion appeared in front of Sobe. Her eyes widened.

"Shit…"

"Death Scissors!" Senka finished casting, and the scorpion unleashed a powerful Death Scissors, which hit Sobe dead on, knocking her back. She landed facefirst on the ground, next to Sae, breathing heavily. Sobe pushed herself up to her hands and knees and then locked eyes with Sae, who was watching her. They both felt an undercurrent of understanding and acceptance of their situation.

"We need to-" Sobe whispered. Sae nodded.

"We have to…"

"Together…" They whispered together, when Sobe took Sae's hand. They both glowed with a strange golden aura.

"What the-?!" Senka yelled, needing to turn her head away from the light. When the light faded, she turned back and was stunned to see only one alter where there had been two. She had shoulder length red hair, not pulled back in a braid like Sobe's or in the tassel like Sae's. Her eyes were nearly glowing, an emerald green. She also didn't appear to be injured at all.

She stepped forward, her movements graceful and confident.

"Come now, Senka…I think it's time we ended this, don't you?" She pulled out her weapons, a dagger in one hand, and a rapier in another. Senka growled and then attacked.

"I'll kill you!" The new alter laughed softly and easily blocked Senka's attack with little effort.

"I don't think so…" She attacked with her sword, cutting Senka across the chest, and she staggered back, clutching the wound. She gave no time for her darker other to recover, and then stabbed with her dagger. She gripped Senka's chin tightly, her dagger still impaled in Senka's chest.

"You are mine. You've had your fun, now return to whence you belong." Senka struggled and then her eyes went cold. "NOW, SENKA! You will not disobey me any longer!" Senka made a strangled sound and then started vanishing.

"NO! IT CAN'T BE OVER!" She stared coldly until Senka completely vanished. Her dagger clattered to the ground.

"It is over…thank Altana…" She glowed again, and when the light faded, both Sae and Sobe were collapsed on the ground.

The vines vanished, leaving the Mindscape in shambles. The walls were torn up, the couches were overturned, and the photos had fallen off of the walls. Slowly, as the two remaining alters slept, things began to mend themselves.

Unknown to the inhabitants, another had been in the corner, watching.

"How…intriguing…" He murmured to himself, before vanishing.

In my heart, in my soul, I am out of control
Fly across the mountains and towards the distant sun
Tears evermore we cry like before
Feel the breakdown of my body - set me free

Part II:: Emotion

Velvet drapes, glowing candles
Silent whispers of words inside of my head
The night that comes, it waits for me
Lift me to the ending of another day
I'm haunted

Tell me who you are. I am spellbound
You cannot have this control on me
Everywhere I go I am spellbound
I will break the spell you put on me

"She's waking up…"

"There doesn't appear to be a third…"

"Impossible. It was confirmed."

"Well it's gone now…"

"Perhaps it was destroyed…"

"Would have been interesting…too bad."

Sae's eyes fluttered open. The voices of the men surrounding her had woken her up from her restful sleep. Her eyes wandered. There were several men and women surrounding her, and she appeared to be in…some kind of capsule? Each of them had an apron on, with the alchemy symbol on it.

"She's awake!"

"We're not done! Put her back to sleep!"

"The third has been defeated. I've seen it." The alchemists turned to a familiar man.

"You're certain of this?" He nodded.

"Yes. But put her to sleep anyways. I will look after her now." There was a sharp pain in her arm, which she winced at.

"Go to sleep Saerun…everything will be better when you wake up again…" He said. His voice was soft, and warm, which lulled her to sleep, as her vision slipped to black.

"Everything will be better when you wake up again…"

Sae stirred again, her head throbbing in pain. Something was…different. Her eyes slowly opened, feeling the warmth of a body against hers.

'Who did I…?' As her eyes opened, she became aware of a sensation that she was not familiar with: not being full clothed. Her eyes snapped open and she pulled the sheets of a bed that she was laying in off of herself. She was wearing a nightgown that was barely to her midthigh, and definitely open backed.

"Shhh…go back to sleep, Sae…." Arms were wrapped around her waist and her back was against someone's muscular chest. But the voice was so familiar…Was she drunk? Her mind was having such a hard time focusing… His hand ran through her soft hair.

"It's alright, Sae…I'll look after you…" He pulled her closer, kissing her neck softly. She sighed softly, relaxing against him. He gently turned her around, so that she was facing him. She looked up into his warm blue eyes and smiled softly. He smiled back at her, and leaned down and kissed her gently. She kissed him back harshly, barely paying attention to who he was. She knew him…he knew her…that was all that she needed to know. And she liked him…wasn't that good enough?

He groaned in response to her reaction.

"Altana, Sae…you're going to kill me…" She giggled softly at the distressed look on his face. He raised an eyebrow at her and smirked slightly.

"You think that's amusing, do you?! Well, let's see how amusing you find this!" He bit down on her bare shoulder. Her eyes fluttered closed at the sensation.

"Feliz…" She whispered, his name popping into her mind, and he smirked darkly at her.

"Yes, my darling…?" His voice had dropped an octave, which she found even more attractive, as her mind clouded over even more.

"Um…." He chuckled softly, kissing her yet again, clearing her mind of any thoughts that had come to her mind besides him.

"Tell me…what's on your mind, my dear Sae~run…" He whispered directly into her ear, causing her to shiver.

"Nothing…if you keep talking like that…" She murmured, the only words that she was able to form. He chuckled softly, then leaning over and biting her ear softly. She whimpered softly, and he laughed lightly.

"Then I shall be happily to keep talking…so you'll never need to think again…" It shouldn't have seemed so entrancing of an idea. After all of the pain of her decisions had brought her…not making her own decisions…letting someone else make them for her…

"Yes…" She whispered. "Please…" His smirk grew darker, as he realized that he had her under his control at last.

"As you wish, my love…" His wonderful, mind-numbing touch was the last thing she was aware of.

When she awoke again, her eyes immediately snapped to the curtains surrounding the bed. She couldn't remember where she where she was, or why. She was immediately aware of the sheets against her nearly bare skin. She pulled the sheets up to see a short silk nightgown, only to her midthighs, that was shaped in a V neck tank top, that seemed to cling to her form.

Immediately, she knew who was to blame.

"Feliz…" She groaned softly, in annoyance. She started to sit up, when she felt something pull her back down.

"Yes, sweetheart…?" Her eyes widened in shock and horror as she saw Feliz laying next to her.

"We didn't-?!" Feliz sighed softly in disappointment.

"No…sadly…you passed out on me right after…" His voice trailed off, before he grinned at her lecherously. "But I'd be more than happy to fufil any *needs* you have, my love…"

Sae quickly moved away from him and glared, sitting up and pulling her bedsheets up to her chest.

"I don't think so…Nice try though Feliz." He sighed again, and then pulled Sae down to him. Taken aback, she fell down and landed on his chest. He chuckled softly. "How interesting…" He murmured, and then kissed her softly. She wanted…more than anything…to just give in. His kiss was soft and warm, capable of making her forget who she was entirely. But she couldn't…not after…

"Stop." She said, pulling away from him. He blinked in surprise, watching her get out of the bed and into the fancily decorated room.

"What's wrong, Sae-chan?" He asked, sitting up himself. She turned and glared daggers at him.

"You know exactly what's wrong. You were using me before, you admitted it to Sobe." She accused. His mind spun quickly, thinking of ways to turn this into his advantage. Slowly he stood up out of bed, revealing his muscular chest, that was also branded with the same marks that Sae had.

"It's true, Sae…I originally was only interested in you due to the effects of the blue magic on your mind…which created Senka…but during the time that I've watched you…" He slowly walked over to her, and touched her cheek gently. "I've fallen in love with you…"

(*Oh for the love of Altana…don't believe him, Sae…*) It was the first time that she had heard Sobe in quite a while like this. And quite frankly, after everything that she had been through…she was far more inclined to believe Sobe, than Feliz.

"I don't think so." She said shortly. "Where is my uniform? I want to leave." Feliz shrugged.

"I don't know. The alchemists have been in charge with everything in regards to you. They're intrigued with the effects of Blue Magic on a mind like yours…You'll be able to leave once they say that you can."

Sae took the moment to examine the room that she was in. It was a room fit for a princess. There was a large window to the north, the large, royal bed to the east, a table with several wrapped presents to the west, and a door to the south.

"What is this?" She questioned, walking over to the table. Feliz laid back down, crossing his legs on top of the covers.

"Presents for you, my dear Saerun. I wanted you to feel comfortable while you were here…" Sae unwrapped one of the "presents" and nearly facepalmed. It was a teddy. A black, lace, backless, barely midthigh teddy.

"What the hell is this?!" She screeched and turned to Feliz, who simply grinned.

"Come on now! Try it on! I thought you'd look lovely in it, though better in nothing else of course…" A fierce blush covered her cheeks.

"And what makes you think that I'd ever wear this?!" Feliz stood up and walked over to her, and pulled at her nightgown, which almost instantly tore. Her eyes widened in shock, as she quickly ducked to the bed, wrapping the sheets around herself.

"YOU BASTARD!!"

=-=-=-=-=-=-=

It had taken a few days, but she at least thought she had finally gotten it through Feliz' thick skull that *no* she wasn't going to sleep with him, and *no* she wasn't going to wear any of his *presents* for her.

At least as a positive note, the alchemists had come to the conclusion that she did not posses a third alter at the time, and that she was mentally sound enough to release.

Which is how Sae found herself dressed in her BLU uniform and finally ready to do some good in the world. Feliz had mentioned something to do with Nodem in the prison…so her first step:

Find Niisan…and escape out of this hellhole.
