Hey everyone,

I've been brainstorming a means to better stay on top of keeping the master character list updated and organized. I would like to transition towards keeping that information in the 'Members' tab in the navbar above. However it's a lot of work keeping track of everything, and admittedly I've not done the greatest job at keeping things cleaned up around here.

I would like to provide a system where people have more control over when their stuff gets updated. You post here the changes you want to see to your character listing on the Members section of the site, BBCode and images all included, and myself or another admin will come in, copy the BBCode from your post and add it to the Members page source code. The admin will then return to this section and delete the 'Character Update' post you made (after making sure the changes were successful).

This way, I think that we will be able to stay on top of things and be able to see quickly, at a glance, what needs to be updated and will help us coordinate what work needs to be done. Meaning, if there are posts here in this forum, that means an update is required.

I would like the character blurbs to be a little bit more informative as well. Please see below for an example.

Please note, the character's name is a link to their corresponding character profile on the forums.

If you are attaching an image, please make sure the image size is within 435x300.



I think this will help keep the character sections up-to-date, as well as keep the information tidier and more informative. If there are any questions regarding this, please let me know, and if you need help with the BBCode, I can walk you through it.
