Let's start with Jeuno, shall we? It was a bit hard to find anything worthwhile, but here's something in Lower Jeuno (H-10).




A small Tarutaru family lives here but are willing to rent to you guys, provided that you occasionally look after their child.

Next, in San d'Oria! There are two places for sale, both in Southern San d'Oria.

This first place is in Watchdog Alley (H-7). Here's some pictures for you.





Cozy, don't you think? It's only a one bed room though, I'm afraid. But here, check out this other place at (F-8).





The big difference here, my friends: two beds. Tired from adventuring, fulfilling requests, and just can't drag yourselves back to your respective MogHouses? Fear no more! At least with this place, even if a friend has taken one bed, you won't need to snuggle up, and wake up besides said friend in an "Oh shit!" moment the next morning!

It is a little more pricey than the other one, but hey! You get what you pay for! What? You don't have much money? That's quite alright! We have 5, 10, and 20 year mortgages available with a set interest rate of-

Oh fine, oh fine! I'll show you the last one. Now here in Port San d'Oria, since you're apparently so concerned with money…



Cheap. Affordable. Just remember what I said about getting what you paid for…

Now, to Bastok! In Port Bastok at (J-6), we have a quaint house. Here, check out the pictures.






Again, it's a person willing to rent out to you guys. So be nice if you go to meet her, ok?

Another nice place is in Bastok Markets at (I-5).

Also, since you mentioned possible money concerns, here's a place in Bastok Mines for you right next to the Alchemy Guild at (J-6).




Again…you get what you pay for!

Now, onto Windurst, our last stop for the day!

If you guys are serious about this business thing, I pulled a few strings for you. Tarutaru Times is willing to allow you to rent in their building in Windurst Waters South at (C/D - 12). If you impress them enough, they might even publish some ads for you at a discount or for free! Think about it okay?





The other place I have to offer you is a spot in Hostelry Room #2 in Windurst Waters N (F-10). You'll be near the famous Windurstian painter Angelica, and who wouldn't want that?





Anyways, I also tried to find some spots for you all in Selbina and Mhaura, but I'm afraid there was no real estate available there. Let me know as you guys decide more, okay? Have a great day!

I've done a fairrr bit of trrraveling in my day… these arrre some spots that I've stayed at many times… they might worrrk forrr us?

I trrried my hand at finding some space in Mhuara and Selbina… unforrrtunately, therrre wasn't much to worrrk with… herrre it is if anyone was currrious….

Selbina~ The only space not currently being occupied by the villagerrrs of the small fishing village:



Mhuarrra~ The townsfolk werrre kind enough to offfer to rrrent out theirrr storrerrroom… howeverrr… It might get a bit crrramped in therrre, and don't even think about elbow rrroom…:



This is an old, abandoned lighthouse in the Gusteburrrg Rrregion… It's fairrrly spacious and close to Bastok. This place needs a little worrrk, but therrre is sooo much space! Therrre's even an elevatorrr! Even if it doesn't go up orrr down..





Herrre we have a couple of old Watch Towerrrs in the Rrronfaurrre Arrrea. They arrre used on occasion by the San d'Orrrian's… but I've neverrr had a prrroblem sharrring with them. Nothing wrrrong with frrree enterrrtainment afterrr the scouts finish off theirrr shift with some drrrinks, rrright?

Ahhh, the Sactuarrry of Zi'tah. Everrr so calm and quiet, not even Kenjii could complain about sleeping in a cave herrre!



And just because this trrree is so magnificent… Even Windurrrst's Starrr Trrree is given a rrrun forrr it's gil when comparrred to this beauty


And lastly… Who doesn't like a little fun in the sun? This is a little known beach in the Valkurrrn Dunes. You can sleep underrr the starrrs in the sand~ Orrr you can stay in the small cave..

Did some scouting around Vana'diel and I found some interesting spots for potential locations for our get together site. Without further delay~


Misareaux Coast



This building may bring back memories to some of us, as it is the campground we settled upon when we became stranded in Tavnazia for a couple months.

Pros: Easily foreseeable as a gathering space; there's a roof we can hang out under and a fire that we can cook food on. Located near the Tavnazian Safehold, it would be a good location for us to form a base in due to its proximity to Chains of Promathia activities.

Cons: Located on the Tavnazian Archipelago places it somewhat far away from the mainland. May be tricky getting new people here. Will probably want to move after Chains of Promathia is completed. Will need to defend our camp against fomor raiders once night hits.

Jugner Forest



Located near one of the tunnels leading into Carpenter's Landing, some of the RPers may remember this place as the location we camped out at one night during one of our adventures.

Pros: Out of way from the main paths through Jugner Forest, so it would be a fairly private location for us. Peaceful and relaxing. Not too far detached from other areas and only a short run from the derfland outpost.

Cons: No real structures or buidings to call our own, just kinda out there in the wilderness.

Rolanberry Fields

Various spots within the Rolanberry fields seemed to be good potential candidates as well, depending on the circumstance.

Very definite pros of these locations are their proximity to Jeuno. No huge cons I can think of aside from personal taste and if it doesn't match the style we are looking for.





Various farms are located throughout the area with few aggressive monsters… one could say that we could 'rent' the locations from their respective by agreeing to clear out the occasional crawler feeding on the rolanberries.



Fountain of Promises. Could be a good location as well to gather.



What used to be the location of "Roly Mart," where adventurers used to gather to peddle their bazaar wares to those either coming or going from Jeuno, could now serve as a safe space for our gatherings.
