Because it has been mentioned that many members would like to try to do more RP events that are separate from the main plot and missions I thought it would be good to have some ideas listed. This way we can have some ideas already in mind when we decide to do a random RP instead of fumbling around deciding what to do. Some of these events would be long events and others could be short it all depends on what we have time for or are in the mood for.

I’m going to list a couple ideas I’ve had here though I’m sure others can com up with better ones.

Treasure hunting / beastmen raid: Basically pick a place with lots of beastmen and go on a slaughter-fest killing them for gil and items such as gold beast coins. If we have a thief with us we can even try stuff like chest and coffer picking, I can make Living Keys and Thief’s Tools though getting the materials for living keys is much easier and faster. (we can even RP getting the materials for making lock picking items.)

Moghouse Party: This can be done as a group or can be done split along gender lines. Basically gather in somebody’s moghouse and have a party. Can involve storytelling, drinking, adventure planning and more. Of course Kaolla would probably suggest something funny like playing Truth or Dare :3 Like I said this can be done with everyone or can be split into a girls night out and a guys night out. Doesn’t have to be done in a moghouse either but that would give it a kinda slumber party feel… Might be a lil childish but it’s so something my character would suggest lol.

Fishing Party: Preaty self explanatory there lol

Crafting Party: Can involve farming for ingredients or simply sitting around making stuff from previously gathered or purchased ingredients.

QUESTS: There are several quests in the game and some are repeatable, any in-game quest is an obvious RP opportunity. I think it would be good to make a list of quests that could be relevant to our characters’ stories.

Camping / Beach party / Exploration: Pick a cool spot ingame go there and then talk about it. Can just make random conversation too of course :3

Ruin Exploring: Pick a place like the Necropolis, or the Canals, or Sky, (or Sea once we get there IC) and just wander around killing stuff and chest/coffer hunting. Can also involve NM hunting.

NM Hunt: Can hunt NMs IC can say it’s a hired bounty or a rumor etc. Once we get to Aht Urhgan we can also do ZNMs.

Okay I’ll stop there for now. A lot of my suggestions were general so feel free to narrow them down. For example this is the place to suggest going after a certain NM etc. Of course a totally unrelated new idea would be awesome too. There is a quest you get in Bastok Mines where you roast sheep meat somewhere in Gustaburg. We could roast sheep meat and have a get-together.Mahti
