While we try to avoid people leaving abruptly without tying up loose ends, people are people, they have lives, and for reasons in or out of their control they may leave the RP without being able to tie up their story. For the characters that remain, I have chosen to write an operational explanation pertaining to the character's absence, and attempting to tie up the character's story so that it makes sense with the rest of us.

These explanations are left vague intentionally. This is not an ideal circumstance and I typically do not like writing out character's stories for them. This is only done when the RPer cannot, or will not, provide their own explanation. Should the RPer return to the group at some later time, we ask that they work with the explanation provided here.

Jericho

Although he did not actually participate in the last battles as they took place on Tu'lia, Jericho's character, by his personality, could be assumed to have fought along side with us. While 'ghost RP' is never good, I think it makes more sense than arguing that his character vanished and we never chose to question it. So we will assume that he stuck with us until the end of Rise of the Zilart.

Following those events, Jericho decides to leave the group with no clear goodbye. Perhaps his interest was only in the archdukes, perhaps seeing Lion perished depressed him. The reasons for him leaving are unclear, but perhaps he left the group to return to San d'Oria as a diplomat, or to find answers to the questions he seeks.

Asina

Following the battles in Tu'lia, Asina, the hired assassin of a corrupt senator from Bastok had change of heart. While she had originally been hired to pursue the adventurers and potentially assassinate them, her experiences with them and the role they all played in saving Vana'diel turned her from her ways. Returning to Bastok and meeting with the senator, she resigned from her assigned mission. Preferring to keep farewells brief, or, nonexistent, she fades out of sight from them, having always operated on her own to begin with. Leaving just as quickly as she had shown up, no one knows where she is to this day, but perhaps, she is closer than all would think.

Obtili

Following the events in Tu'lia, and the world finally reaching peace, at least temporarily, Obtili takes the time to relax and reflect on the many missions she had undertaken for the sake of Vana'diel, and the friends she had made along the way. While she believes the stars still hold many adventures yet for her and her friends, she bids a farewell to her companions, heading to the southern continent to get some well deserved rest… when and if, she will return, is uncertain. That decision is left to the stars.Avina
