To be an interesting, intriguing, well-written character, there needs to be something to allow the audience to relate to them. That is what the problem is with who wants their character to be "perfect". How to Obtain: Completion of the quest Trust: San d'Oria

Where is it from? Excenmille is a San d'Orian character from the basic game, and he is involved in the quest to obtain your Ballista license.
Race: Elvaan
Job: Paladin
Role: Melee Fighter
Weapon: Polearm

Weapon Skills: Double Thrust, Leg Sweep, Penta Thrust
Job Abilities: Sentinel
Magic Spells: Flash, Cure I, Cure II, Cure III, Cure IV
Traits: Store TP, Undead Killer

Notes
- Cannot be summoned at the same time as Trust: Excenmille (S).
- Casts healing magic on himself, his summoner, and other Alter Egos when HP gets to yellow (up to Cure IV).

How to Obtain: Completion of the quest Trust: Bastok.

Where is it from? Naji is a Bastokan character from the basic FFXI game. He is involved in the Bastok Rank missions, WAR artifact quests, and other minor quests.
Race: Hume
Job: Warrior
Role: Melee Fighter
Weapon: Sword

Weapon Skills: Burning Blade, Red Lotus Blade, and Vorpal Blade.
Job Abilities: Provoke.

Kupipi



How to Obtain: Completion of the quest Trust: Windurst

Where is it from? Kupipi is a Windurstian character from the basic game. She is involved in Windurst Missions.
Race: Tarutaru
Job: White Mage
Role: Healer
Weapon: Club and Shield

Weapon Skills: Moonlight, Starlight
Magic Spells: Protectra (all tiers), Shellra (all tiers), Erase, Paralyze, Slow

Notes
- Only casts during battle.
- Priotizes immediate removal of status ailments.
- Important to note is that Kupipi can and will remove sleep status by casting Cure on a sleeping party member if she's the first one to wake up.
- Does not cast Haste or Dia spells.
- Does not cast any self-enhancement spells (e.g., Stoneskin, Blink, etc.).
- As with any other mage trust, if Kupipi is the first trust you cast she'll be closer to the enemy when you begin to melee allowing her to melee as well. Use this strategy if you'd like Kupipi to physically attack the enemy in addition to casting WHM spells.
- Be careful with Kupipi at lower levels, sometimes she chooses not to Cure.

Dialogue
Summon: You can entrust e~verything to the meticulous Kupipi!
Summon (with Shantotto in the party): Doctor Shantotto is here? For better or worse, this'll be a day to remember-wember!

How to Obtain: Completion of the quest Trust: Bastok. Rank 3 required.

Where is it from? Ayame is a Bastokan character from the basic game. She is involved in Bastok missions and other quests, including Chains of Promathia storyline and the Ninja job.
Race: Hume
Job: Samurai
Role: Melee Fighter
Weapon: Great Katana

Weapon Skills: Uses Great Katana weapon skills up to Tachi: Kasha
Job Abilities: Hasso, Third Eye, Meditate

Notes
- Uses weapon skills that elementally coordinate with the weapon skill last used by a player, functioning as a skillchain initiator. She is extremely convenient for quests that involve performing skillchains.
- Uses weapon skills as soon as both she and her summoner have at least 1000 TP.

Dialogue
Summon: Refining one's technique requires one to be their own harshest critic.
Summon (while Gilgamesh is in the party): Gilgamesh, I'm twenty years old now. Can you please stop calling me Ayaya?
Summon (while Naji is in the party): I am interested to see how you spar, Naji. Just let your breath be used for exertion, not mindless chatter.

Where is it from? Nanaa Mihgo is a Windurstian character from the basic game. She is involved in several quests including the Star Onion Brigade, THF artifact armor, and the Tenshodo.
Race: Mithra
Job: Thief
Role: Melee Fighter
Weapon: Dagger

Weapon Skills: King Cobra Clamp, Wasp Sting, and Dancing Edge.
Job Abilities: Despoil
Traits: Treasure Hunter I, Gilfinder I

Notes
- The items she Despoils (usually food) go directly in her summoner's inventory.

How to Obtain: Trade Cipher: Zeid from Repeat Login Campaigns to Gondebaud, Clarion Star, or Wetata

Where is it from? Zeid is a Bastokan character from the basic game. He is involved in Bastok Missions, as well as other quests including Dark Knight job.
Race: Galka
Job: Dark Knight
Role: Melee Fighter
Weapon: Great Sword

Weapon Skills: Power Slash, Freezebite, Ground Strike, Abyssal Drain, Abyssal Strike
Job Abilities: Last Resort, Souleater
Magic Spells: Drain, Aspir, Absorb-Attri, Endark, Stun

Notes
- Must have completed the quest offered by the NPC to whom you trade the Cipher: Zeid.
- Casts Drain and Aspir spells when respectively HP or MP is low.
- Casts Absorb-Attri when the enemy has an enhancement effect active on itself.
- Casts Stun to interrupt weaponskills whenever able.

Summon: I don't play by others' rules…so get outta my way.

Where is it from? Trion is a San d'Orian character from the basic game. He is involved in San d'Oria missions as well as other quests such as PLD artifact armor.
Race: Elvaan
Job: Paladin/Warrior
Role: Tank
Weapon: Sword and Shield

Weapon Skills: Red Lotus Blade, Flat Blade, Savage Blade, Royal Bash, Royal Savior
Job Abilities: Provoke
Magic Spells: Flash, Cure I-IV

Notes
- Royal Savior works as a weapon skill, and uses his TP as such.
- Casts healing magic on himself and party members when HP is yellow.
- If you completed A Boy's Dream, the quest Under Oath takes priority. You may have to click Trion's Door muliple times before receiving the proper cutscene to receive Trion's Trust.

Dialogue
Summon: I am Trion, prince of San d'Oria. May my blade lead us to victory this day!
Summon (while Curilla is in the party): Curilla, my spirit is high with you by my side. Come, let the flash of our blades light up the battlefield!
